This policy explains how Hadara Private LLC handles information submitted through this website. The public calculator runs locally in the browser and does not transmit its inputs.
Information collected
The assessment and contact forms collect the business contact and non-sensitive operating context that a visitor deliberately submits. The service records a pseudonymous network identifier for abuse prevention and does not intentionally collect the sensitive records listed in the form warning.
Use and protection
Information is used to review fit, respond to requests, maintain service security, and document consent. Submissions are encrypted in an isolated data store outside the public website directory. Access is restricted to an authenticated administrative retrieval method.
Retention
Initial inquiries are retained only as long as reasonably required for review, follow-up, security, legal, and recordkeeping needs. Retention may change when an engagement begins and a separate agreement applies.
Sharing
Information is not sold. It may be disclosed to service providers operating under appropriate obligations, to qualified professional advisors when authorized and necessary, or when required by law.
